The heads of the Foreign Ministries of Turkmenistan and the Republic of Tunisia held a telephone conversation

On 1 April 2026, a telephone conversation took place between the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan Rashid Meredov, and the Minister of Foreign Affairs, Migration and Tunisians Abroad of the Republic of Tunisia Mohamed Ali Nafti.

During the constructive conversation, the heads of the foreign ministries discussed current issues on the bilateral agenda and confirmed their mutual interest in further strengthening political and diplomatic dialogue, as well as in expanding trade-economic, cultural-humanitarian ties between the two countries.

At the end of the telephone conversation, the ministers reaffirmed their mutual commitment to further expanding multifaceted Turkmen-Tunisian cooperation.
