BRIEFING DEDICATED TO THE FIRST CASPIAN ECONOMIC FORUM WAS HELD IN THE KINGDOM OF SAUDI ARABIA

On the 30th of April 2019, a briefing dedicated to the First Caspian Economic Forum to be held on August 12 of the current year in the National Tourist Zone “Avaza” was held in the Embassy of Turkmenistan in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

The representatives of the diplomatic missions, international and regional organizations, located in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, as well as the members of the King Faisal Center for Research and Islamic Studies, Science Communication and Research Center, Humanitarian Association of World Turkmens, as well as the members of Turkmen diaspora living in the country and the representatives of mass media participated in the briefing. 

During the discussions in the framework of the briefing, it was noted that the transport corridors “East-West” and “North-South” passing through the International Seaport Turkmenbashy have reduced the traveling distance and time of freight transfers that has elevated the trade-economic relations between European and Asian countries.
