A meeting with the director of CARICC was held at the MFA of Turkmenistan

On November 6, 2025, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan Myahri Byashimova met with Director of the Central Asian Regional Information and Coordination Center for Combating Illicit Trafficking in Narcotic Drugs, Psychotropic Substances and Their Precursors (CARICC) Makhmud Khamidov.

During the conversation, M.Byashimova congratulated her interlocutor on his appointment to the new position and wished him success in his responsible work. She also highly appraised the work of CARICC, emphasizing its significant contribution to coordinating the efforts of participating countries in combating illicit drug trafficking.

Turkmenistan’s readiness to continue promoting active international and regional cooperation in countering modern challenges and threats, including within the framework of CARICC projects, was reiterated.
